Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ProxyGateway services. ProxyGateway is a product of the B.Programming group. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Service scope

ProxyGateway provides a dedicated European 4G modem per customer, with HTTP and SOCKS5 access and account-level controls. Dedicated plans are sold by time, not by gigabyte. Service availability may vary based on upstream network providers and destination systems.

2. Acceptable use

You are responsible for lawful use of the service. You must not use the platform for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, malware delivery, or activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. You should rotate passwords and protect access tokens. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or security risk.

4. Billing

Dedicated plans include data for the paid period. Usage is shown in your dashboard so you can see traffic. Access ends when the paid period ends, or if the account is suspended. We do not sell these plans as GB packs.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed package prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Billing name, address, and VAT ID (for businesses) are collected at Stripe Checkout. Payment confirmations and receipts use those details. Applicable VAT, reverse charge, or other tax treatment follows applicable law; we do not provide tax or legal advice. The 24-hour plan is a one-time payment at the listed price and does not renew automatically. The 7-day plan is also one-time. Keep the line longer with another 24 hours, 7 days, or the 30-day plan, which renews as a Stripe subscription unless you cancel.

5. Refunds and first purchases

If this is your first qualifying purchase on the platform, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of successful payment if you cannot establish a working proxy connection using the credentials and setup steps in our published documentation after contacting support through the channels we publish, and provided you have not used a material share of the paid time. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where technically possible. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

6. Availability and reliability

We aim for reliable operation and provide health/status visibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific destination outcomes because external network and target conditions are outside our direct control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyGateway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, abuse signals, or material security concerns.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
