Frequently asked questions
What do I actually get?
A dedicated European 4G modem that only you use. After you pay, the dashboard shows HTTP and SOCKS5, and you can ask for a new IP. The 24-hour and 7-day plans are one payment. The 30-day plan renews on Stripe. Prices exclude VAT.
Will this charge me every month?
Only the 30-day plan. The 24-hour and 7-day plans are a single payment and then they stop.
Do I keep the same modem if I buy a longer plan?
Yes, if the account already has a dedicated modem. Day, week, and month are the same product — not a shared pool.
How soon can I connect?
As soon as checkout finishes. The dashboard has host, ports, username, and password. We do not publish a speed guarantee.
How do I change the IP?
Ask for a new IP in the dashboard. It stays on the same modem. It does not rotate on a timer.
HTTP or SOCKS5?
Both, with the same login. HTTP for Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. SOCKS5 when an app asks for a socket.
What happens when the plan ends?
The line stops. Buy another 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if you want to keep it. The 30-day plan renews on Stripe unless you cancel.
What does the first-purchase refund cover?
On a first qualifying purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours if the line will not connect after the setup steps and a note to support, and you have not used a material share of the time. Money goes back to the original method where we can. It is not a blanket money-back promise. See Terms, Refunds.
Can I get a second modem?
Each checkout is one modem. Email support or sales and say how many lines you need.
Do you look at my traffic?
No. We do not inspect what you send, and we do not sell traffic data. We keep what we need to log you in, stop abuse, and bill you.
What is this for?
Browser work, apps, QA, geo checks, and account work you are allowed to do. One European modem for one customer — not a shared mobile pool.
