Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 29, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ProxyGateway services. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Service scope
ProxyGateway provides managed proxy access, account-level controls, and usage metering. Service availability may vary based on upstream network providers and destination systems.
2. Acceptable use
You are responsible for lawful use of the service. You must not use the platform for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, malware delivery, or activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. You should rotate passwords and protect access tokens. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or security risk.
4. Billing and quota
Usage is metered in bytes and enforced against purchased quota. Purchased products, top-ups, and account status are shown in your dashboard. Access may be limited when quota is exhausted or account status is suspended.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed package prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Before purchase you provide billing details in your account (including country and, for businesses, VAT ID where applicable). Payment confirmations and receipts reflect that billing profile. Applicable VAT, reverse charge, or other tax treatment follows applicable law and your declared status; we do not provide tax or legal advice.
5. Refunds and first purchases
If this is your first qualifying purchase on the platform, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of successful payment if you cannot establish a working proxy connection using the credentials and setup steps in our published documentation after contacting support through the channels we publish, and provided you have not consumed a material portion of your purchased quota through successful traffic. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where technically possible. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Availability and reliability
We aim for reliable operation and provide health/status visibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific destination outcomes because external network and target conditions are outside our direct control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyGateway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, abuse signals, or material security concerns.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
