Production quick-start for first-time customers.

1) Create account and buy a package

Register, complete checkout, and open your customer dashboard.

2) Copy connection credentials

Use the dashboard connection block and replace placeholder password values safely.

3) Start traffic and monitor usage

Track purchased, used, and remaining quota directly in your dashboard.

Connection methods

HTTP CONNECT (recommended)

  • Default choice for most apps and automation tools
  • Simple setup with dashboard-provided proxy URL
  • Best first option for fast onboarding

SOCKS5 (optional)

  • Use only if your software explicitly requires SOCKS5
  • Credentials are provided in the same dashboard flow
  • Ideal for clients that do not support HTTP CONNECT

Troubleshooting checklist

Authentication errors

Confirm username, password, and proxy URL format are copied correctly from the dashboard.

Connection refused

Verify host, port, firewall egress rules, and whether your environment allows outbound proxy traffic.

Unexpected usage spikes

Rotate credentials and review retries/timeouts in your client configuration.
