ProxyGateway is a product of the B.Programming group. We operate with a privacy-first approach. This page explains what we process, why we process it, and how we protect it.

We process only the data needed to operate the platform, including account identifiers, authentication/session data, purchase and billing records, usage meter totals, and operational security events.

2. What we do not build for

We do not build product features for payload content inspection or customer traffic resale. The service is designed around access control, metering, and operational reliability.

3. Why we process data

Data is processed for account authentication, abuse prevention, billing and quota enforcement, support, auditing of privileged actions, and service reliability.

4. Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for service operation, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security investigations.

5. Security controls

We use technical and organizational controls to protect data, including access restrictions, environment isolation, encrypted transport where applicable, and audit logging for sensitive actions.

6. Your responsibilities
