A dedicated mobile proxy is one physical mobile modem (a real SIM on a carrier network) assigned to a single customer. Only that customer's traffic exits through the modem's mobile IP, which makes the connection look like an ordinary phone. ProxyGateway gives one dedicated European 4G modem per customer.
A shared or rotating pool mixes many users on the same IP, so the IP reputation is the sum of everyone else's behaviour. A dedicated modem is used by you alone, so the IP reputation you build is the one you keep. Residential networks are peer devices shared per gigabyte; ProxyGateway is per-modem, unlimited data, sold by time.

The modems run on the Telekom Slovenije mobile network in Slovenia, inside the European Union. The product is marketed as a European / EU 4G exit — not as Germany, Poland, or the United States, and not as city-level targeting.
Yes. Both protocols are supported: HTTP CONNECT (works in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge) and SOCKS5 for apps and tools that prefer it. The dashboard shows host, ports, username, and password after checkout.
Request a new IP from the customer dashboard (Change IP), or call the public rotation URL/API headlessly. Rotation is available on dedicated plans. A rotation typically completes in 40–150 seconds; the proxy host, port, username, and password stay the same — only the modem's public IP changes.
The open test is €1 for 24 hours on a real dedicated modem. The larger 24-hour free trial (no card) is not currently enabled; evaluation access on the trial page does not assign a modem.
One. ProxyGateway is 1:1 — one customer per modem. There is no pooling and no splitting of a line between accounts. Extra dedicated lines are available through support.
Dedicated plans are sold by time, not by gigabytes, and ProxyGateway does not inspect what customers send through the proxy or sell traffic data. Only the operational data needed to run billing, prevent abuse, and keep the service working is kept.
First-purchase refunds are offered on a narrow basis: if the line cannot connect after following the published setup steps and contacting support, within 24 hours of payment, and a material share of the time was not used. It is not a blanket money-back guarantee.
